2007 Canadian Thunder Ducati Race Team

DucatiToronto sposnsored the 2006 and 2007 Canadian Thunder Ducati Racing Team. The Paul Smart replica (PS1000LE) is a very fast motorcycle for track days or air-cooled twins racing.

The 2007 Canadian Thunder Ducati race bikes were modified following the spec class rules allowing engine modifications while not breaking a 3.8:1 weight-to-horsepower rule for Ducati, BMW and Buell, the 3 "factory" brands supporting the 2006 and 2007 series.

Track performance was typically was 3-4 seconds off the lap times of 600Pro race bikes ridden by Crevier, Picotte, etc. These bikes are fast.
